We were not about buying a refurbished Xbox system crazy. We have always bought new electronics. But it is good, and seems to satisfy the children. The controller can be cleaned before shipment but have. The Amazon drfrank provider, delivered on time and was set up with helpful questions and problems.

Used purchased, the seller said it worked sometimes, I can not work. My first new work stopped after two years. I do not think that Microsoft is not good stuff.

Not sure where we start. . . I have for 40 dollars from a friend that the RROD problem that most of the Xbox seems to have had 360th That right there is a major junction for this system. I repaired it temporarily, but I ordered the X clamp mod to fix it permanently. (I hope!) I have to say first: There is no way I would have bought this system when one of a price, how to steal $ 40. There are only two games I really feel like this system: Fable 2 and Star Ocean. Why Tri-Ace Microsoft raised on Sony for this game, I’m not sure. . . Anyway, so I fixed it and started playing Fallout 3 I borrowed from a friend on the Xbox test. I had a big surprise with this system. had as much hype as there have PS3 and “Next Gen” systems, the XBOX does not have to deliver on the hype. PS3 have delivered what I could want and more, great graphics, good online play, no problems, that somewhere in the vicinity of the Xbox RROD’s, and of course a Blu-ray player!
Now the Xbox 360 did not have good graphics compared to PS3. From what I see, Xbox 360 is not nearly PS3 in graphics. The fact that they were not included HDMI to start with is stupid, and I hear that the new with only one HDMI. 2 and not 1 3rd Dumb move Microsoft! Do not get me wrong, compared to the old Xbox and PS2, the graphics are really good, but for a “Next Gen” system, it sucks in terms of graphics! Just so you all know, YES I bought with the component cable that I separate myself.
Sound is great from the cables. I have no complaints there. It sounded even on my old surround sound system great lol!
Game selection is great, but most games you can get to 360, you can get on PS3, except for games like Star Ocean and Fable second . . .
Online games I have not tested, and I do not plan. I’ve heard that the general experience with live is better than PS3, but I’m not paying for Xbox Live when I already pay for Internet access. You pay them up to their servers to connect and play games you already bought! I would not have bought a PS3 if I have to pay extra to had to play online. Fortunately, Sony has their heads on straight for this one! I will NEVER PAY for Xbox Live.
The controller that came with the Xbox 360 is wired, of course. I’m not a fan of the controller, but it’s growing on me. I can live with it, but it’s a bit on the large side. Regardless of which is not terrible, and seems to be durable! I wish I had a wireless one:) Also, I must say, at first glance I was cheaper with more than 360 Microsoft Wireless Controller PS3 as happy, but then I looked a little harder. . . You need two AA batteries to use with the Wireless 360 Controller. If you want a $ 20 free play and buy pack. Very disappointing, there! I could see that the AA as the backup might have as Nyko PS3 controller, but as a primary, they seem to suck batteries quite quickly!
Biggest reason I like the Xbox 360 is in the reason, the mod scene. There was so much can you mod that I try my best to lemonade from lemons us some of the Microsoft. I love the fact that you backed up the DVD drive firmware mod to play! This is the biggest plus! No more buying new games because you can accidentally fall and scrape them all to hell! Games are expensive to buy! The case mods are pretty awesome if you have no fear, some LCDs are snaps Lot!
Overall, I enjoyed it, but it has some pretty big mistake that I am not from would have a “Next Gen” system with all the hype is not expected. The next Xbox is really the ante next time you have as graphics. I know that the sale of systems as far as Xbox vs PS3, Xbox wins, but you can not sit here and tell me that Sony is not a better quality product from Microsoft. You only have a few new technologies in the add ons or new system models. . . (HD-DVD and HDMI … HELLO!) Plus HD DVD’s now pretty much not done. Blu-ray won the battle, so HD-DVD add-ons are now collecting dust. . . or just play the same movies over and over again, never in a position to buy a new one. I will enjoy the system to the games I want to play play it, but as far as online gaming, I’m stuck with my PC and PS3. Call me a fan boy all you want but I do not like it as much as others. In comparison to a PS3, PS3 wins hands down! Graphics and technology at it’s best in a console! Like I said I this exclusive 360, but would like to enjoy more if it were PS3 exclusive, and used the impressive graphics of the PS3!

I thought I must say, I think it’s funny how my truthful write so far six votes against it. Sorry, that Halo fans angry that the bad experiences I talk to this system are meaningless. Maybe if were published by Sony or even Atari had it would have been better. Heck my Atari still works and my parents bought before I knew what were video games lol. They suck and take it to XBOX guys! Keep marking my review as unhelpful. You are just trying the truth about this shitty system that takes barely a week to hide for most people!

This core xbox360 has no hard disk, it can only play arcade games thats stored in it, you can not play games other than those of the arcade, and the memory is not good. I have the other version of the Xbox 360 and this is perfect, it’s arcade games are stored, you can play a lot of hot fun games you can play original Xbox games and the graphics are more better play it on the 360 then the first Xbox, and the online is awsome, the gameplay is awsome, the graphics are awsome, and you can download TV shows movies of games, theres a lot of hot skin that covers it, you can play songs on each game you play, You can customize and change your Was she like your picture frame to Halo, Gears of War, and all the other Hot Stuff, you can play demo games, players can challenge us from the online, Canada, Japan and allstralia has it an HD DVD player shows that perfect picture, surround sound perfect, and you can watch movies, and still talk online. This core xbox360 does not have these things without the aracade games, but that it is the other version has a lot of awsome things so if you do not get a xbox360, you want another version of the core.
