  1. This bike is a blast! I was already addicted to Forza 2 and has been gaining momentum in my career with the regular game controller. This road bike (and pedals), I move on even faster than before and the experience is staggering – literally. I have my setup about 3 meters from a 50 “plasma and the feedback of the wheel is so realistic that I was always odd dizzy effects when walking in and out of tight corners, because my body was expected to real-world forces from the seat against feel my back and sides – and they of course were missing. Make no mistake, this is not a bad thing – it is a testament to the realistic response of the wheel. You feel everything – understeer, oversteer, grass, twitching while flying from grass back onto the sidewalk.

Before this bike I’ve always hated driving the big American cars like the Corvette or Camero, because they were so difficult to control with the normal controller – they would always pull it out again and WAG back and forth, because it does not feel. Last night I did some races with both cars nailed, because I finally was able to slide through the car and oversteer power to control.

Setup was simple. Although the manual says a system upgrade was necessary, I found that this not be the case. The wheel immediately paired up and I started driving in Forza 2 now. The only thing I had to find out was how the camera view (I like to change the in-car view) because they moved from RT to X on that controller.

I found a chair with a inclined to lay back, a lumbar pillow in place and just rested the bike on his legs. Surprisingly, it stays in place even if you plan to wear jeans. At first thought the pedals slide forward on my carpet is preparing me to crash a few times. I finally put my wife on a yoga mat and its order, as it was. The only beef I have is still in intensive situations that the wheel moves a little bit. I can look for a small table at the wheel mount. Note also that “in the womb” setup makes it impossible to pass, usually with arms extended like a pro. I ended up pushing the wheel forward so that his hanging just before the end of my knee, so I just finished my arms more.

One last tip: Do not make the mistake I did, and select the McClaren F1 (or similar super car) for the first ride and expect a big change to see. They are still everywhere on the street. You get to work and the control because the turning circle will take some time to learn. Once you do this, you will be amazed.

    Pros:
    – realistic feel, improved, better control of rear wheel Muscle Cars
    – Trivial setup
    – High-quality materials
    ;
    Cons:
    – minor: Push pedals, without some sort of mat

  2. This bike held me in Forza 2 hours! I am an ‘old school’ gamer and I could never hang of driving with a joystick. Remember that this is the “re-released ‘version of the Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel, and so that it includes only a demo of Forza 2nd The older models were reminiscent of MS, guard Sun from used vehicles.

First things first, is the field that this wheel is HUGE! The advantage of the big box is that all together and put everything you need to do is to unpack the steering wheel and pedals and put them together. You want to go to the wheel in the socket and the full feedback features. I do not think too many people get this kind of money to spend on a road bike, on their couch and play with the wheel sitting on the lap of “wireless”. The advantage of the wireless part that you do not need to discuss the use of a USB port on the front of the Xbox 360 is this simple connector to worry, you press the sync button on your console and on the wheel How to magic, they recognize each other and you’re in business. looks after the insertion of the foot pedals into the wheel via a small cable, which is like a telephone wire, you race set. Feedback about Forza 2 was amazing! Understeer, bumps, stripes, you feel everything.

    Pros:

Top Notch and feel ready, no corners on cheap plastic or Details cut.

Works right out of the box. No drivers to fumble with.

feedback (while connected to a power source) is excellent.

clamping system is easy to understand and use .

Is not bind a space on your Xbox USB ports.

    Cons:

; minor you need to find the correct table / on this surface on the mountain. It’s hard!

Minor clamping system is excellent, but after a long race, they can move and need readjustment.

    Conclusion: < , br />
Spend a few extra dollars and buy this bike, I think the smile that you made to find out how much fun racing games with this setup can get will be worth every penny! < , br />

  3. I have this wheel on other reviews and I love driving games, but absolutely hate having a car with a thumb-joystick control. My friend bought a steering wheel from a different manufacturer, and it was not completely up-to-par when playing PGR 3rd
I put the batteries in the box and jumped NASCAR 08 and thought that this is a very solid wheel was. However, I have not read the instructions (guys do not read instructions), and originally thought that the force feedback was fairly weak. Then I sat in the dirt and decided I would try, the wheel is connected to an electrical outlet. Oh man! The wheel feels as realistic as a video game could feel wheel. The force feedback is extremely realistic. For example, if you are on DIRT in the air, the wheel freed up, but when you hit the ground, the wheel will jerk as your virtual vehicle hits the ground. In fact, it surprised me at first almost torn from his hand.
With the standard controller, I found NASCAR 08 to play almost impossible. I just could not control the car – and I’m not new to this series. With this bike, I had no problem. In fact, I find myself always in the game so much, I remind myself to ease my grip on the wheel.
I’m really from the realistic impression of the steering wheel surprised, especially the Force feedback applied during a game. I have always found myself wishing that one could reproduce the steering console experience I had with great racing games arcade style. This particular bike’s not only the performance, but more broadly, know that
I definitely recommend it for those who are really in the simulation racing games in style.

  4. I am an avid enthusiest Motorsport, and an occasional video-gamers. I am not an expert.

I play games Forza Motorsport, as they were laid off, and love the realistic physics engine, but driving can be a controller with a lot to be desired. I had hoped that would at least this wheel to help me to improve lap times, as many of the reviews state.

Take to get used Unfortunately, not only the bike forever, but I still can not even close to my old lap times to come even after setting all the force feedback settings on the wheel, the wheel has a very strange, rubbery delayed, and there is not enough adjustments in order to fix it. I do not have much else to compare this product, but I’ve heard others estimate the realistic impression of other racing games.

While the force-feedback are many strong and initially feels very cool when running over rumble strips, you’ll quickly discover that it does not in any way not “feel” that will help control the car. The resistance is completely flat, you would not have any feeling of speed as a normal car, and makes the slow delay it too easy to spin. I’ve found that it is much faster the force feedback OFF and rely only on the screen.

While this is a good, reliable, robust product, I would not recommended for use with Forza Motorsport. Instead, I would think that would be a fun Demension some of the more arcade like racing games like Need for Speed added. . . etc.. .

  5. Forza 2: No other racing game compares how well the wheel in this game. It takes a few to use always, but the force feedback brings the feeling of care and drift around the corners right in your hands. The feedback is * really * feedback and is part of the simulation asymmetric voltage during cornering, acceleration and different. You can actually feel the wheels start when you downshift! It is even part of the damage model. Not to mention at least half as much fun as tearing a true length (without adrenaline). Definitely the manual transmission. It is perhaps difficult, but after a while, you start it to your advantage in corners.

DiRT: This game is fun with a massive wheel, especially on long point-to-point -Racing to the displacement at the corners. But there are too many bumps in the road, to use the effects. It feels like the wheel trying to tear. I just back the feedback and the maximum voltage and turn the effects off completely (under Options -> Game). If you adjusted the settings and get more effects, just pull the plug on the back of the wheel and plug it back in.

PGR4: Not my favorite cycling experience. The built-in driver does not all work well. Only one controller, no real experience feedback. In comparison to Forza 2, a major disappointment. Better than not with a wheel, although some people might actually prefer the use of the controller. With the E-Brake is a bit awkward, and certainly do not feel intuitive.

Burnout Paradise: This wheel is the difference between an out-of-control trainwreck and a precise cruise missiles. Burnout is a super-fast, violent and kinetic experience is improved by a wheel. With the e-brake is not very intuitive not.
