I use this with my iPhone SIM from AT & T.. . So that it works correctly, you must edit the AT & T profile link in the connection software and use the following APN settings if you have a data plan with AT & T.. . It works with all other sellers from other countries, even if you know the correct settings. . .
AT & T APN settings for sims with data:
APN: wap. Cingular
Username: @ WAP CINGULARGPRS. COM
Password: CINGULAR1

The good: Fassst Express. Easy to install no CD required.
Lasted about two minutes to config your profile. Works to go with my laptop on a

The modem was pretty good when I finally work out.
The bad: The profile that comes with this product is out of date. You have to work manully config
your profile.
Recommendation: Yes.
Tips: Setting up your profile before they connect. The profile that will not work with this.

I now use this instead of the Sierra Wireless modem from ATT. This is much better and I see it has a better connection

I have an AT & T account. I ordered the Zoom 4596 and as soon as they arrived, I took it with the AT & T store. I also took a second phone with me and the SIM card is changed on this phone, which is under contract for a few months, in a data-rate card. I put the SIM card into the Zoom modem is connected to my laptop and followed the instructions that accompanied the zoom 4596th I was online and setup within 10 minutes. Works like a charm!

I bougth this it said it would show work, but I’ve had no luck. Seams to work but get no internet.
