1. The compact yet functional size of the case (about 6 x 3 x 1 75 5), allows me to drop it in my bag and got my DS Lite on hand at all times for any unexpected downtime. . . ex. Waiting around while waiting for your car. The cobalt blue color may make it stylish and I have made the case very durable and good. />
   
   

   The extras that come with the Starter Kit are “nice to have”. The charger has a really cool blue glowing light when plugged in and is not at all flimsy. I would recommend this starter kit for Adult DS Lite owners like me.

2. I bought this book for my little daughter and she loves it and is a great started kit for the DS. The case is semi hard and hard with these drops to the ground to help. The charging station is a good place for the “where it goes when your done,” the car charger and ear peices for the long journeys by car are required, so it keeps them busy and cut the noise. This also comes with protective covers for the screens. All and all the best to buy.

If you take a close look at most of the reviews, you’ll notice that most of people who were based at its first reaction from the belly of receipt of the Starter Kit or those who gave the kit as a gift checks written. Well, I am as a review of the actual users of the kit. There are quite useful items in the kit, I would carefully consider the buyer to purchase twice before the whole kit because of the risk of reducing the power game console and void the warranty Nintendo.

   Here my entry for the components:

   1 Headphones – This reminds me of the semi-disposable headphones you get on the plane. In fact, the way to “adjust” the length of the lines to be drawn into the ear bud apart the ear buds as you with the semi-disposable headphones, permanently splitting the main line in two so far down as you want. The ear plugs are not padded and are not very comfortable. That is, you probably will not purchase this kit for the headphones so it is not a deal breaker in my head.

   2 Audio splitter – I can not find out when this would have to use them. For multi-player games, would not any one person own console and therefore need their own earphones connected to their own game console? I can understand that to use the need for an audio splitter for Nintendo DSi on his music player feature.

   3 Neck Strap – Nice to have. I personally do not carry the game / event around my neck.

   4 Car Adapter – For the constant charge on the go, the need for their Nintendo while they drive or fly. Are

   5 Docking Station – completely unnecessary. Looks nice, I think, on a table.

   6th Soft Case – First, I would not be the case in such soft neoprene soft. It is semi-hard, which is a good thing. The design would have been better, it would be a front pocket for accessories, instead of containing a mash / shock mount. It is a compact housing. Mine feels clogged operation of the console, an extra pen, charger and headphones. Good quality.

   7th Finger tip replacement needle – this sounds fun / interesting as a concept, as an alternative to using the pen-shaped stylus. However, there are two major problems. The first is that the elastic strap is not adjustable so it will not stay on my finger hard enough you could have good control over the movements on the screen. Secondly, this is not a Nintendo sold / licensed accessory. You risk explain your game to be invalid, the device warranty when you use this finger tip stylus on the touch screen.

   8 Screen Protectors – The product description said I would get 5 protectors, but I’m pretty sure I’m 4th Regardless, this is one accessory that I would not people be careful. Following the instructions are unclear / confusing, but it is not too difficult to figure out how to apply the protectors. You just have to be patient, have clean finger and apply it in a lint-free environment. The bigger problem is that if you apply these protections, you see the sensitivity of the touch screen to be reduced. Mine was on the air-tight (no bubbles), but I found myself on the screen with so much harder, pressing with the stylus to play a game. If I continue to use my game unit with these screen protectors, I would be a higher risk of repetitive motion injuries have had. To show you how hard to push me to had been given to answer the video, I saw a lot of light scratches on the screen protector after only 6 hours of play, the pressure also slightly comical air bubbles between the protector and the screen, although I had from an air-tight application. Fortunately I was able to defender, without removing the screens and even without a sticky residue.

   Although sound screen protectors, as well a concept, I’m somewhere that Nintendo really went out of to coat the road / produce an excellent touch screen, so that it is reactive and play a significant withstand (read Nintendo Stylus produced). Again, keep in mind that the protectors not Nintendo licensed, if you apply to your device and in the end damage to the screen somehow, your warranty is void.

   I bought this Kit for $ 19. 99th Should have just received the official Nintendo zip case for $ 9. 99 on Amazon. Sometimes it is not better.

4. I do not recommend this package. Most of the parts in it are made very cheap. The screen protectors do not stick well to the screen, so that bubble areas. One of the headphones broke when I moved it just out of the plastic packaging. The case is so small that you can only use the DS and a few games in it, nothing else. I wish I would have spent the money to get quality parts separately, instead of wasting my money on this issue.

5. This DS Lite Starter Kit contains everything you need with the possible exception Nerf Armor and games. For $ 20 it is a great value.
