I must say that this is the best protection for your DS product on the market. The pouch / bag is too bulky, the hose is not tight enough to stay, and the glue-filter peels after a while. But the plastic shell makes it his job to protect the outside of your DS perfectly, while maintaining its stylish sheen. The only thing I lament is that the clasp on the edge of the screen, the DS completely prevented closure on. The biggest gap is around 2mm.

I have been using this for a week or so on a black and red DS Lite. The case is quite clear and shows me the ds good. Playing the DS on with the case feels the same with me. None of the ports are blocked. I do not use more of my belt pouch, but the DS still fits it with the armor case. So far it has not got scratched. The case also seems to not pick up fingerprints and I have oily skin. All in all a pretty good case.

I have the Metallic Rose DS Lite and tried to find a case with the best protection, but not for the beautiful color of my DS Lite. I searched on Youtube and found an unboxing video of armor lite case, and I decided to get it. The case is nice quality, not some cheap plastic that easily scratches. Installation is easy, just the DS into the ground and then close both DS and the case, press a bit to get everything to fit together. You might want to clean your DS with Dust-Off before installing. It fits well to the console. I play open and close for a day and observed not to lose any parts or gaps between the housing and the console.
One is that if you close the case, you have an ~ 1 mm distance between the console. You can try to use sandpaper to close it more. This is the only small thing that I do not want this product, but it does not hurt.

I had a few friends ruin their handhelds, they get scratched and dropped and break easily. So I made sure when I bought my DS to get screen protectors, a case, and this dish.
This is a great shell, it fits the DS Lite really beautiful and remains cut off, I have him, since I have the DS so I do not really even notice now that it’s there.
Since the shell is directly on the hinge with the hinge on the DS opens and closes well fed.
It is about 6 mm thickness, width and height of the DS Lite to add, so that if you have an event that fits into the DSL, it can not fit so well, after having the dish.

Nice tight fit (not come without some effort)

good protection for DSL
ports are still easily accessible
Clear and then thou shine through you still have your colored DSL.

Adds a bit thick to the unit
Might because I have no fixed place of business or fit in all cases for some DSL.
Leaves a small distance when closed, allow to get a little dust in.
