This game rocks. No doubt. Who has played the previous games will know already. But this game rocks extra hard on the Wii.

The controller fits nicely and comfortably in the guitar. The beauty of this configuration is the Wiimote vibrates or use the built-in speakers all the time. Whenever you mess and not a note, that annoying noise hit is not really loud on your speakers. And if you're like me you play this game with the volume way up on a nice system. So missed the words "ching" noise only on the Wiimote very nice. Also, if the star power of the Wiimote vibrates. It's just a little extra to make this game great.

The graphics are good, but who cares. This game is all about fun style to play and the music! This game is so fun and addictive! The first night I had it I had loved a BBQ at my place and everyone there. The music is mostly great. There are a few songs that I'm not really for me, but the majority of the songs rock.

If you are having second thoughts about buying this are not. Trust me, this game is really worth the $ 80 price tag.

I love the Wii version of GH III. I love the PS2 version, too! (I have both.) "Why?" You might ask yourself.

I love the Wii version because of the cool, new, wireless guitar controller. It is so shiny and bright white and works well with no interference in the game, no matter which direction I am pointing. I love the online features.

What I like is that it is hard (at least now) to play a good online partners (or strangers) to find. I'm the only person I know, the Wii version. Wii guitar controller only come in the GH III bundle, and that these reports are solo controller will be available until early 2008. (Are you kidding me?)

So I have Co-op and battle mode to play with my PS2. . . and that is good, but that means I have to complete the level twice on two different systems. I am a mother GH, so I do not mind. . .

All in all, I love the Wii version. It's just so fresh and new to play with the new controller and online. But it still untapped fun (until we can buy a second controller and other download songs online is).

Guitar Hero 3 is great, but there are some problems with this particular version.
Let me first point out the obvious. This is the first and only game Guitar Hero for all Nintendo systems. Currently, only Rock Band Special Edition for Wii was released, there are no plans to make the other three Guitar Hero games will come to Wii. In other words, playing the only game in town for GH on the Wii and unfortunately the game songs in mono. That is, if you feel like surround sound, the music would only come from the center speaker. It can thus rig, so that the same mono sound is coming from other speakers, but this is not even an approximation of the Dolby Pro Logic II This is a negative, but should not really prevent someone from picking up this game < , br />
The game itself is still as good as Guitar Hero 2 Bundle with Guitar or Guitar Hero (Game Only). In fact, I would say that is usually on the same level of difficulty of this game a bit harder than the other. The set list, like the others, is a combination of classical and modern music. This is an online game you can play online against people, and they claim that will be at a certain point, additional songs available for purchase (probably not).
The new feature for this is the Battle mode. In these special plates, you will face off with Slash, Tom Morello, etc.. . and instead of getting star POWER use attacks against your opponents. It is well made, but since it is only a few songs do not play an important role in the game.
The trademark Gibson guitar looks great and the Wii-mote actually allows plugging it into a better tilt functions. It is also rumbles and sound is coming from the controller, although they rarely used (Rumble for star power and speaker notes for missed above all) it does set this version over the other guitars.
The large negative is the mono sound from the game. Even though the packaging clearly says, Dolby Pro Logic 2, it is only in this sound format for the menus and so on. [On 6/12/2007 Activision confirmed this bug and has a hard drive replaced. ]

As this is a music game, the mono sound is a negative, but really it should not prevent someone from this picking up. It will replace a hard drive in the future [I'm totally called that one], in the meantime, rock on.

EDIT: Here is the press release from Activision spokeswoman Rhy- Ming Poon:
"We have announced recently was that some consumers are not in a position to the full audio output in the Nintendo Wii version of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock to enjoy. We are currently working with Nintendo and are planning to issue an improved audio experience in future versions of the game. We expect to have re-mastered discs available in early 2008 and we are the consumers replacement discs at no cost once they become available. We thank all our customers for their support and patience. "

I've never played the previous games in this series, but this game is addictive! The Wii Remote is simply plug in the guitar and the tutorial is pretty simple. Instead of strings you have a push-bar can be equal to delay how quickly the notes. I've never plucked guitar, my husband. And I'm beating him this game!

You work you way up from a garage band to make money along the way, that back in the Games Store for goodies such as new outfits spending, real songs from around the world, and additional characters. Your current playlist is good with songs everyone knows, even if their a poptart. You can even ask to get to do an encore! is my only gripe is its not that many chicks songs, have not played at least at the level I do.

If you find a second guitar to remote control head to head, which I plane, with a spouse do Rock. I need to find a pink faceplate though. The makers said they would have alternative fronts, so here's hoping. The guitar / remote is about the size of a eukalalie but still manages that you are very BOSS and you will suddenly move with attitude, the rhythm.

One Stop reading and go play

I'm coming to Guitar Hero 3 played on the Wii with Guitar Hero 2 on the PS2 on difficulty level "expert". Sometimes formula can be a bad thing, other times it is not. This is one of those "not" times.

The game plays basically the same as its predecessor, and on top of that there was a better set list. After reaching the five-star level on nearly all the songs on difficulty level "expert" in Guitar Hero 2, I found that the list of songs that I really enjoyed was only for very short. This is not so much the case with the Guitar Hero 3, which are a large collection of songs to play both fun and hear. Has

Errors when. It seems to me that the new developers decided to tweak it that the Hammer On / Pull Off controls need a little, and the result of these optimizations was that there were many times during the game where I did not instinctively strum because two notes were close together, but had to strum one of the notes inexplicably you. Although this increases the difficulty, it feels awkward and forced (you can, after all, only not quite get away with HOPOs practicable rather than at seemingly random times).

I'm not a big fan of the boss fights, either. The battle mode seems a good idea for balancing multiplayer Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero 2, as clearly suffered from the fact that an expert player to help someone know what thing is playing on medium in the face-off mode, at least not without discontinuation of the guitar, which is not just fun. However, the battle mode really has no place in the single player career mode, where everything that is done I'm going to play a few songs.

It helps not that the boss fights are not very well executed. The final battle boss had me stuck for quite some time, simply because the battle power-ups, which I did not get very useful against the enemy. When I finally got the right power-up, defeated him just slightly. That is, the fight was far too dependent on randomness, which is not really fun in a game that is good, just because it depends entirely on the skill.

Top of the fact that for no apparent reason, the songs that you play in the boss fights can not be accessed from those battles are adding. That is, there is no way to only play these songs. You've got always an opponent, the game is screwed up your ability to play to worry about. In the same direction, play certain songs are only unlockable multiplayer mode. I would not say that a good idea in any case, but it is particularly annoying for the Wii version, because there are no guitar for separate purchase, you have to find someone who owns both a Wii and Guitar Hero 3 and most people I know who have the game, it's for PS2 or Xbox 360

The game even more fun with these errors. There are some good new features to make things balance, such as the ability to play online (to be played but once again, it seems that more often than not, when I go for an online game looks, there are not any) . I think I like the Wii guitar controller better than the PS2 controller for Guitar Hero 2, in part because they seem to react more. A number of times when using the PS2 controller and strumming very rapidly while attempting to deploy Star Power, I have the controller does not register frustrating my movement despite holding the controller had vertically. I have not noticed such problems on the Wii.

As far as difficulty goes, if you played Guitar Hero 2 on Expert, then it will not take long to get through Guitar Hero 3 on Expert , either. Some of the songs are still heavy (and some will cramp your hand), but because the gameplay mechanics the same (and this is a good thing) are, if you are good at Guitar Hero, you're good at Guitar Hero. You do not have too much trouble with the vast majority of the songs in the game.

All in all, if you liked Guitar Hero 2, you'll probably like Guitar Hero 3 If you are not, why are you reading this?
