My family rented this game for a week and my friend, the 30’s and I love it. It is the perfect game for the Wii, because you actually use the remote as a magic wand and perform spells. You get really into it. The only disadvantage is that it is to find a lot of walking around and things to do your tasks. There are some small bugs with the remote control while spells, sometimes it is to do a different magic than the one you want. My 9-year-old loves it. He loves how it is interactive and how the characters are real. He had a little problem with some spells, but after practice he did well. I would this game for anyone who has a Wii and like Harry Potter recommend

I am a newcomer to the Harry Potter franchise, I can not compare this game to /> the previous entries in the series.
Hogwarts looks magnificent, and the game designers did a great job makes it look every bit like the sets from the Harry Potter films made. The castle is huge, and you will discover a lot of time all sorts of hidden goodies to spend. The speech is first class, with some of the real actors from the movie and the character models resemble their movie counterparts do.
Everything that is said, the actual gameplay is boring. Most of the time will be spent running errands. Advancing through the game consists of talking to a character only to discover that he / she must be an element in a completely different area of the castle. Puzzles are few and not very sophisticated – all you really need to do is to find out what the magic in your repertoire need to be made on the available items. In most cases, you will move with Wingardium leviosa objects.
The Wii-specific control wand are fun in their own way, and add a sense of “to be there “But in the end the actual game is not as deep or challenging. Replay value is limited because there’s really no deviation from the main tasks, broken next to the hunt for every last hidden chess statue or masonry in need of a reparo spell.
I can really only recommend this to hard-core fans of the Harry Potter books and films. As a game, it is not so great, but it is a beautiful presentation of Hogwarts, that you will spend hours exploring.

The previous Harry Potter games all have their ups and downs as far as gameplay goes fulfilled the Potter verse. This time the focus is specifically on the action of the Order of The Phoenix, the film version. The castle is a fully realized vision full of all the things that await you and a few were surprises. The Marauders Map in great numbers gameplay and with black padfeet road leading from destination to destination. This is all wonderfully realized, the real problems here are a slighty subpar graphics quality at times (Jaggy) and characters who look like lifeless CG versions of themselves. The wall controls can be problematic, but if you find sublte hand movements versus big big gestures that one spell to get reliable way fire. The game is quite short with the first 50% will be made by the search for members of the DA. . The speech is above average and the spelling duels are Engaging but there are too few. Overall, EA has brought a respectable digital version of OOTP on the table, but in the end my favorite part of this game was the mini-games. Chess and Gobstones which add some much needed fun diversion to a fairly straightforward game.

Of course, if this game can be for the first time) I thought it would be the greatest thing in the world who use the Wiimote to cast spells such as the famous swish and flick (wingardiumleviosa be cast. Now it turns out, tilt it just the Wiimote and Nunchuck up:).
The basic premesis of this game when the Nunchuk to guide Harry around Hogwarts (obnoxiously by Ron and Hermione followed EVERYWHERE) and complete small tasks that you assigned. One of the most important ones tried all of the DA in the space of Requierement requires that you find all of your card and do things for them so that they will agree to get.
can do little things to find the school, such as secret passages to your travel from place to place (it really helps) reduce to play chess and marbles wizard, put painting back in its place, fix statues, see Animal Prints, etc . to get everything points to the power of your magical spells and various other bonuses increace.
The awards are as I said, the simple movement of the Wiimote and / or Nunchuk like a circular motion, a inclination, a shake side to side, etc. even though it’s pretty cool because it certainly more realistic than pressing the “A” button of a controller.
This game is more likely for younger children, the Harry Potter and how the idea of magic or radical scavengers, such as hunting. It is definitely not for a hard core gamer or an obsessive Harry Potter fan, because you WILL be disappointed.
Overall, the disadvantages are that the spells are a bit difficult sometimes, especially wingardiumleviosa because you tilt the Wiimote and nunchukc together so that it works on the screen and it can be difficult. Even if you want to go somewhere on the map, you must click on the location and then little marks on the ground will show you around. This can be a little difficult to follow because they do not appear consistently and sometimes you can not say which way it faces. Also you have to actually go from one end of the castle, the other could it up to a minute or two in the real world that is honest somehow annoying.
However, the real reason why I personally like the game because I have a feeling of accomplishment, as I like a list of tasks to do, to get and that’s basically what this game. To see a list of people shows on the Maurauder’s Map and go to them and do stuff and blah blah blah, and it is from your list.

I borrowed my girlfriend Wii for a month, when he left and I bought this game because I know that the Wii controller would make all the magic a fantastic feeling. I was not disappointed! Exploring the grounds of Hogwarts was amazing and the graphics were very detailed. It totally brought the story to life. Bear in mind that most of my gaming experience with the old NES and SNES so maybe the graphics would not be so impressive gamers of today. My only complaint is that sometimes the control would be a bit confused about my movements in spells, but apart from that I am absolutely thrilled!
