As someone new to flight simulators, this is the first pedals I have ever been used. My general impression is that they work well, but their flimsy construction is disturbing. Since I have not always used CH pedals, it is difficult to assess what his robust than for a consumer product like this. However, the Saitek pedals feel as if they are damaged by a lot of weight on the pedal surface. Not only the plastic is rather thin, but the whole apparatus is extremely light. Logitech should have used some cheap ballast to fix this problem.
Unfortunately, the light weight means they are not stable when in use out of the box. With several holes, the designers probably what the user mount the base to a more difficult task. So they use on carpet, I took a different approach. In each of the eight holes, I mounted a set screw machined with a flat end. These were adjusted with a nut and large washer (for weight distribution) to a 3 / 8 “Height enable. The screws are the staple to penetrate and resist every move. To increase the impact, I was eight, one attached pound lead bars with double sided tape at the base. This arrangement provides a very stable platform.
In my ten hours from Flight Simulator X, I have found no problems with pedals. However, I have some minor flutter occasionally in the observed using the Saitek diagnostic software. It is generally gone after a motion.

After learning the “hard” way, working rudder pedals Great! First (and very importantly) trying to do, no functions to assign the pedals with his feet! After plugging in the USB port, they sat on a flat surface and use your hands when moving the pedals on the left and right to assign “Differential Brake” functions, then arrange with the hands, the “Axis Rudder” – function.
Second, am not overly exuburent suggestion that if the right or left “rudder,” If you stop the “fixed” the pedals LOCK-UP! You then have to remove 20 screws and carefully re-align, so that they release the pedals “, then have to reinstall the 20 screws! Trust me, I’ve done it three times (strong increase in my “expletive” vocabulary deleted in the process!) Despite the above, they work well. I am a former corporate pilot and flight sim’m with my instrument to practice procedures.

I have a lot of these at the International Flight Sim Convention in Denver this summer. They beat my USB CH Pro Pedals hands down. This feature does not have the power to my USB hub as the U.S. has. I recommend them.

These pedals do not work on some PCs. If you calibrate, and click the Properties button, you need to go to the window that shows the function of the pedals. Normally it should show no red bar for the “brake” function, but show me “half brake” application without any distraction from the pedals. If I barely touched the pedals leave the red bars and everything looks good, is not it that way. Apparently, these semi-brake condition exists when you are booting any SIM program, and the brakes at each level half way all the time are applied. I found that the application of full braking on these pedals, the brakes were actually on the plane and let me take off, but when you land, the brakes are already half-in and no way to increase it!
Saitek Feedback it was a mechanical problem with the hardware, so I sent it back to Saitek for evaluation. She sent me a whole new set. Same problem. The tech told me it was just the way they are built, and they could not do anything about it. What !?!?!? In addition, they said, I must return to purchase for a refund of place, but Amazon has a 30-day time limit on returns and Saitek took four weeks to send it back to me, so I’m way out of the 30-day period .
I have tried this on a Toshiba Satellite laptop and a desktop PC Gateway, both with very good graphics cards. Same problem on every machine.
Saitek obviously has a problem with these pedals, they will not support, guard Sun
I also have a set of CH pedals and I like them much anyway better!

I have had the same problem as the reviewer below. Toe brakes will be specified as a half depressed, if there is no pressure on them out. As a result, these pedals as useless and you are forced to return them for a refund. Go with CH pedals, this is what I saw after excuse has problems with these.
