This is another overpriced “Fun to pack.” I liked it better than the previous packs fun, but that is not necessarily say much. If you already have Sims 2 Pets, it will feel like a disappointment. I only bought because I am one of those Sims 2 fans, everything’s possible. I have received nothing last year’s Holiday Edition because I already had the basic game and I could not separate the download to work, so I do not really know if this “Fun” pack the same, similar or otherwise on this issue. From the description of the Holiday Edition, as it does not see a huge difference, though. Now some details:
PROS:
* Nice Holiday Decorations! Christmas is definitely the better representation of vacation, but others, including the New Oriental year are represented as well. Christmas trees, lights, etc.
* Some of the new dress is beautiful. I particularly like the Japanese kimono. Santa Claus and elf suits look cool too.
* Some nice, new tiles and wall coverings, that I actually use.
* Fireworks!
CONS: overpriced *
Like the other “fun” packs, this path is. Wait they have to trade a hit, perhaps the better way to go.
* The non-Christmas holidays are not represented nearly as good as Christmas. Some Halloween costumes would have been nice for a cause. I can think much more could have done that with Thanksgiving and the other holidays.
* No bug fixes.
* As mentioned above, it does not seem much different than last years Holiday Edition (emphasis on the word appears, I do not own the Holiday Edition). If they are really identical, then the price is really a rip off!
In summary, therefore, we pack a few fun new things, but the price not worth it. The price was the main thing is that it cost two stars. Had I heard last year Holiday Edition, and then found that this is essentially the same, how could it be, then I would have given him a star! If you’re a Sims 2 fan who has to have everything you could this package. Otherwise, just wait for the bargain price! This is worth $ 5 00 at the most!

As in the Glamour Life Stuff Pack and Family Fun Stuff Pack this is not enough Give your Sims new elements for the money. What you see on the cover of this ‘Stuff’ pack is basically what you get for the money. I ordered it from Amazon, but now I wish I would have waited for a complete package or simply downloaded online. Granted tho, that the idea was a cute Christmas. I only wish there were a few more articles worth making the bucks.

I had bought the Holiday Edition Base, and this game originally for the special order. I think it was worth it, not only the additional elements, but also for the improvements, Maxis, some of the existing base in the holiday game made.
I also think that it had more than 20 additional points on 40 of the Base Region game. I have not really counted them all, but with all the new clothes, new decorative items (plants, wall hangings, knick-knacks, etc), and outdoor-order in both the Buy and Build mode, I’m pretty sure that there are more than 60 Maybe I’m wrong, but it seems like a lot of new things! All in all, I am also spent happy with what I get for the amount I have. I did not pre-order this but I waited until the price dropped a few dollars, as it to pack a “things” and not an extension.
And for those among you who do not have the Holiday Edition basic game and not already aware of this password, you do not, put your new cornucopia in your kitchen, your tree light, make a holiday roast, and serve up the Santa cookies. . . you never know, Santa might just show up and have your Sim some presents:)

If you bought the Sims 2 Holiday Party Pack last Christmas in 2005 (or the Sims 2 Holiday Edition in 2005, the same thing, except it also contains the basic game), then you probably already have the content of this CD . The Sims 2 Happy Holiday Stuff (2006), seems to be a collection of the same items from the 2005 release. Check into it first just to be sure, do not buy the same things twice.

As other reviewers have noted, you do not get much for the money. I had hoped that would be some of the content more interactive and was very disappointed. I enjoy the decorative objects, but if I buy it again I would Bargain Shop a little (I paid $ 20 at Meijer to them) were.
