Ok, this was a decent brawler game with simple combos and some cool graphics marginal. It was too easy and too short. Go ahead and buy if you are a fan of Hellboy and want a few hours Smashing tombstones and punching things, but if you are more of a serious gamer, you might want to pass on this one.

I am a big fan of the Hellboy comics and enjoyed the movie. I think this game is a lot of fun. It’s kind of like a PS1 or PS2 game. A button masher for sure. I like the way you earn new combos. I loved the graphics and the story loved. It’s a good mash of comic book and movie Hellboy. The story seems to be true in tone and mood of the comics. I have a hard time seeing how people can be so hard on this game. Maybe too high expectations. Ideal for any fan:)
Maybe I’m an idiot, but I have a great time to play this game. The demonic rage meter is awesome. I like people to throw. It is a nice mix of weapons and the environment is very fragile. Seems to be a good un-lockable. What else? Oh yeah, a floating head and robotic gorillas. Seems to me to be right. If you are a fan and look for a button masher, then look no further.

As a fan of Hellboy, I was kind of looking forward to Hellboy: The Science of Evil. But even an experienced player, I was not all that we forward to the game, simply because of the terrible history of the licensed video games. Well, I did not expect too much from the game, but what you can get here, even at your lowest expectations. Hellboy: The Science of Evil puts you in the shoes of the title character, such as through numerous hordes of villains, and fight to take the occasional boss. That’s it. That’s all you do, from beginning to end in this game, and it will be very, very boring. Not to mention that the game as a whole is quite short, very lightweight and has some technical problems that make them all to the game, combining pretty bad. The game offers some bland environments, and choppy animation and clipping problems are more annoying than anything. Hellboy film star Ron Perlman lends his voice to the bored game, but he sounds like he just adds nothing really. No matter how much of a Hellboy fan you may be avoiding, Hellboy: The Science of Evil like the plague. There is no challenge, innovation, or anything else to keep coming even remotely interesting.
