Great multiplayer game that is offline so somehow boring if u do not have XBL, I would not recommend this GOTY Edition comes with DLC survival, but its free on XBL anyway so if u just buy the reg. Instead of this edition, you can save yourself some money and just download the free DLC from XBL.

For starters, people might be governed by Left 4 Dead Considering that it runs on the Source Engine, Unreal Engine are not standards, but the game looks great. The lighting, set design and blood all look very realistic and breathtaking. One thing bothers me that the texture was on some rocks. But you will notice them to care very often. The control could be better but for most first-person shooter fans, I would say go with Config 4th The game consists of 4 campaign levels, each with 5 sections. These can be played in single player and on Xbox Live and offline split screen with two players. In addition to the campaign, there is Versus mode and survival mode, which comes with a “game of the year. In a team versus the infected and the others are the survivors. In Versus you play through the campaign levels each time team safe house . It offers fresh gameplay with constant surprises. Suppose that you pack into the woods and an enemy smoker draws you away and you and nobody knows where you are. Let’s say if that happens, your dead. Total Left 4 Dead a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone who owns an Xbox 360

Let me comment first on the GOTY version. Yes, all the additional content in the GOTY title on Xbox Live for free as DLC. The only perk to the GOTY version, you are accustomed to use space on your hard disk for the Survival Pack, because its already installed on the disc. Apart from that, I would suggest just the normal game if you find it cheaper. I found the GOTY version and normal version for the same price of $ 29. 99 at Game Stop Brand New! The funny thing is, right next to him they had a used version for $ 44. 99 or $ 15 more than the new brand!
This is not just a Call of Duty World at War Zombie Mode revised. . . Although the terrain is almost the same, there are four people, and if you do not have 4 players on the 4 survivors then play the remaining survivors of computers will be OP’d. In multiplayer mode you can the zombies (zombies are the special moves with super). The only thing is that I do not really like this game, the other may have liked that there were no story mode. The weapons are not at all in this extensive game. You can either use the pistols, shotguns, sniper rifles or Uzi. Theres some health packs, pills, Molotov and grenades. For me, this was only a tenant after a week or two playin this game was pretty boring and just repeptitive.
Theres only 4 main cards that survivors fight their way through 4 or 5 levels of the map will be evacuated until the end where they try. It’s the same story on every map! I have this 4 stars because 5 stars would only overatin the game and 3 stars not doing everything right to be, but know that I have used to buy or play, as the successor, if she or add a story mode drastic changes, all could be a sequel for this game is just a big expansion.
** Edit ** NOT buy this with the $ 59. 99 price, the cheaper the day at GameStop for $ 29. 99

This is a “Game of the Year” version in name only. All that “extra” is on this CD is available free on Xbox Live. Valve, the manufacturer does not have anything for the online games on the original CD (why, I have no idea), so that later they came with this version. If you do not have Xbox Live, as you need to download anything, because they basically everything is online multi-player material (the only exception is the survival mode, and that is not worth the extra money – it’s free online, take your hard drive to a friend Xbox). More buy this version. It is to pack a relationship and you have your money.
EDIT – The price has been cut recently (Monday, August 31, 2009). At $ 27th 99, when the original version can be found in section a game, this is not a terrible price. Easy to understand, that a sequel will be published in November (although DLC coming for this version, a short campaign in September).

Try before you buy. Do not just read the hype.
Let me first say that I have the Xbox Game of the Year Edition have, I downloaded everything I could for the game from Xbox Live to see, I’m playing the game a few times (but I play many, many hours at a time) and I have already had 3 / 4 of the benefits for survivors.
Whether this game may be dependent on the type of game you like in your games. Some people might like these type of games, but I did not. I have enjoyed playing everything from the Evil Dead games and Dead Rising Resident Evil 1 & 4 and a few other “zombie” type games. The problem I have, that Left 4 Dead does not like how it feels, it should play playing – or it feels one way, but plays a different path. Left 4 Dead feels like it should look like a tight strategy game of team tactics and smart game play – Hardcore Zombie Apocalypse survivors: the smart & the dead. . . but it is not, it is not easy. I’m coming back to play the game in a minute.
Provides a large part of the game at first OK (perhaps “good” but not “Great”). The graphics break down badly if you stomped on by Zed (any time you’re on the floor, or when Zed’s are too close to you) and if you get towed by Smoker Zed’s it really glitchy. And the fire effect (ie by Molotov cocktails) is terrible. But, as some of these things are wrong, I would not necessarily say that they distract too much to play the game.
The areas / maps are not very open, there are a certain “tunnel” feel to the game. Which, given the nature of the goals is probably inevitable. However, some of the narrow tunnel areas, such as those that are out there not an illusion of openness, which is nice. But what is all means is that the game is fairly linear, the route to a destination is quite narrow, and your style of play is pretty much forced upon you. So everything, turn-off-your-lights and sneak-around-the-witch dialogue is rubbish – it is either in the way or can not shoot – in any case only.
Now talking about playing this game, it’s just an ammo burner game. You have limited ammunition for your “special” weapon of choice (shotgun, assault rifle, Uzi, whatever), but unlimited ammo for your weapon (s) – and go through a lot of really fast. Remember to play SWAT, remember, a ninja, remember to clear a path ahead of sniping to forget just to camouflage and efficiency.
You shoot, run and shoot, and shoot and run some more. Lingering around areas, with careful and thorough, but you get more encounters with random Zed. It is not a general fixed number of Zed in a field, the game is more Zed (crap-loads of spawn more) if the conditions are triggered. This is a game of “whatever” (like “Get from point A to point B” or “on a roof / as Lighthouse”), the random noise by “Special Zed” appearance and waves interrupted zed hoarding. Pointless wave after wave of random noise hoards zed.
So it is the best tactic, only run through an area until you have a special Zed, or a good viewpoint taken, and then turn around and run with everything in a hail of flaming (or a pipe bomb – they “re magic zed magnets). Seriously, it works best this way, you will save ammunition and time, and deal with less crap. Because if you triggered a zed Rush, they will spawn and running up coming at you from all directions: from the empty rooms, you just emptied out of the impasse rooms Just emptied from anywhere and everywhere they will magically appear to invite you to come. So forget your Spec-Ops mentality, it is meaningless. And there is no meaningful stealth action. So forget about just about “playing smart” game, unless your idea of strategy is fall back, even after fire in a closet and the outside.
Now, maybe all I is complaints about the way the game should be just? Maybe I am over would ‘ a wail, should’a, could’a and cry about things that I have, that should not only want to be a part of the game? I always wonder that about myself. But then the crude teamwork elements running up to me and smacking my face.
This is a total “buddy system” game. You’re not going anywhere without someone else there to pick you up-from the ground. It is you forced through the games mechanics. There is no anticipation and Going Solo, because all the other cramps your style. This is a game about teamwork, tactics help teams to support and teammates. It is an essential element in the game – there are several success is based away from this. It is good, and it is bad, I’m still on the fence, as I feel about it. In some ways I like it, and otherwise I find it totally hamstrings to play the game.
You’re the “I’ve fallen and I can not get up” lady. If you are caught: they are until someone else helps you helpless. When you are on the ground no matter how much you has on health: You are stuck on the ground until someone helps you. If your entire team will be knocked, no matter how much health everyone or how many health packs, each: it is Game Over, because no one is allowed to stand for to help someone back on. And survivors get knocked down and dragged around (and probably also bitten and badly dressed) a lot.
With this type of forced-and team-play required element, feels the game should be like it more on a level of SOCOM, Call of Duty, Ghost Recon, Halo or Splinter Cell and Tenchu, demanding a higher level of tactical and strategic style “cover your and your teammates, Butts’ type of game to play – but it is not. It is a sloppy trigger-happy fire-festival. This is not a game of clean and efficient shot kills, there is no “Go ahead there, I have come to stuff”; Spec Ops tactics (or thoughtful or cautious efforts) have simply not any credit here.
Fast zombies or slow zombies, infected, or undead, I do not really have a preference, but I thought , the “Special” zombie types in this game were kind of lame. Puker / Exploder fat stereotype thing. “Roid Rage tank stereotype thing. Leaper / Pouncer zed. Sniper-Tongue-smoke exploding (?!?) zed. “I just want to cry and I just hate the light” emo Witch zed. I do not think any of them are really cool and inspiring.
I can only review on this game a 2 or 3 stars. The only recommendation I can make is: Try before you buy. Not only read the hype.
