This is the same controller with a nice new coat of paint just in time for Gears of War 2nd It also comes with a play and charge kit, why it is more expensive.

This controller is red outlined with black and it looks very nice. Also comes with a play and charge kit, so if you no batteries you can use it as an option. Really love the controller.

If you ask me, it seems very slight improvement on this controller over the standard white. For starters, the bumpers and triggers a little different, and it seems like they are very small changes in the way of the D-Pad feels have made. All in all, my only complaint is that this controller even with NiMH batteries. These batteries can go bad relatively quickly and have a “memory effect”. This means that if you use the battery, you should always be let down again to Dead Run before recharging fully. One last question I have with him is that if your battery does not go bad MS does not sell the red battery separately.
Pros:
+ slight improvements button mechanisms
+ beautiful color (red, if you want)
Cons:
even with NiMH batteries (instead of Li-Ion) < , br>-red-rechargeable batteries are not available separately

I love the red and black 360 controller. The 360 controller is one of the best out there. Although it did not, motion control, like the Wiimote or the PS3 controller sixaxxis, it is by far the most comfortable to hold / use, and most intuitively laid out. The PS3 controller is the absolute worst in this respect. Terrible, and a great need for a re-design. The 360 controller is designed simply perfect, at least for my hands and playing styles / preferences.
For the controller itself, 5 rating. For the red and black, 5 rating. Highly recommended!

When I started this controller I was really happy with it for about a week. Then came the A key sticky, I thought that it was not that big deal. I would just clean me. I should have then returned. Now it is 30 days past the date back and the battery is sometimes free. I noticed it a few days after the 30 days has been, I wanted to Amazon about returning it to speak for a few days late. . . I can not figure out how to contact them easily.
